At the heart of our operations are our highly trained technicians and advanced machinery, including multi-axis CNC Tube Bending Machines capable of Roll & Booster Bending up to 114 mm tube OD. We also employ Special Hydraulic / Manual SPMs, End Forming Machines for Single or Double Flaring, Beading, Spinning, and Swaging, as well as Orbital TIG & MIG Welding and Induction brazing techniques. Additionally, we offer specialized processes such as Autofrettage, Wire Passing, and Flushing, and utilize Six Axes CNC Laser Cutting machines for 2D / 3D components.
From pneumatic tube assemblies to unitized hose/tube assembly fabrication, we can fabricate production runs of quality tube assemblies ranging from 4.76 mm (3/16 “) OD to 200mm (8”) OD. Our engineering team collaborates closely with customers, providing complete product design support.
