Our plant incorporates special processes and equipment to enhance
manufacturing capabilities. These include a continuous-type conveyor Brazing
& Annealing Furnace designed for annealing of Mono-block Elbows and
Ferrules, as well as an Automatic Plating Plant for Alkaline RoHS Compliant
Zinc Plating and Zinc Nickel Plating with Cr-III passivation. These facilities
make us a one-stop-shop for our Products with all capabilities available
in-house.
Our Assembly area is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment such
as CNC Hose Swaging, CNC Nut Crimping, Hose Flushing, and CNC Tube Bending.
With this infrastructure, we can manufacture Swaged and Crimped Hose Assemblies
up to 10” ID and to suit extreme working pressures up to 3000 bar.
We prioritize quality control at every stage of the manufacturing
process. Our trained Quality personnel follow a rigid inspection program guided
by Quality Systems compliant with IATF 16949:2015 standards. Additionally, our
Plating Plant is equipped with a fully equipped Laboratory featuring a Salt
Spray Test Chamber, Plating Thickness Measurement Gauge, and Titration Equipment.
Our Design & Development Centre leverages over three decades
of industry experience to study the application and criticality of every
component. Equipped with the latest CAD software and 3D modeling techniques,
our D&D center develops value-engineered products and services tailored to
meet the evolving needs of our customers.
