With manufacturing facilities spanning three specific locations, we specialize in fabricating customized bent metal tube assemblies in carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminium, and copper. At the heart of our operations are our highly trained
technicians and advanced machinery, including multi-axis CNC Tube Bending
Machines capable of Roll & Booster Bending up to 114 mm tube OD. We also
employ Special Hydraulic / Manual SPMs, End Forming Machines for Single or
Double Flaring, Beading, Spinning, and Swaging, as well as Orbital TIG &
MIG Welding and Induction brazing techniques. Additionally, we offer
specialized processes such as Autofrettage, Wire Passing, and Flushing, and
utilize Six Axes CNC Laser Cutting machines for 2D / 3D components.
From pneumatic tube assemblies to unitized hose/tube assembly
fabrication, we can fabricate production runs of quality tube assemblies
ranging from 4.76 mm (3/16 “) OD to 200mm (8”) OD. Our engineering team
collaborates closely with customers, providing complete product design support.
Whether it's developing solutions from engineering drawings, 3-D XYZ coordinates,
reverse engineering tube assemblies, or duplicating customer-furnished tube
assemblies, we strive to meet our customers' exact requirements with precision

To ensure the utmost accuracy and quality of our tube
assemblies, we employ advanced inspection techniques such as 3D Scanner and
Co-ordinate Measuring Machine (CMM). This equipment allows us to accurately
measure prototypes and reverse engineer tube assemblies, ensuring dimensional
accuracy and compliance with specifications.
